Refunds and Returns

As Elder Pens is a small shop with many of our products made to order, we have some limitations on our ability to accept returns. While our specific policy is outlined below, we care greatly about your customer experience and will try our best to accommodate as many inquiries and requests as possible.

 

Refund Policy (Does not include the Hurricane Harvey Relief Pen)

Refund requests are accepted on all standard orders as long as the original item is returned to in unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Item/s will be inspected before a refund is awarded. Unless the refund is due to a mistake in production, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Should the refund request be due to an error by Elder Pens, please contact us directly to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

(1) Engraved items and custom-order items are not eligible for refunds unless an error was made in production.

(2) Return Policy for Hurricane Harvey Relief Pen (last updated 08/29/17)

Because the profits from this campaign will be frequently and entirely transferred to Hurricane Harvey relief, the ability to accept returns is limited. If you are for whatever reason dissatisfied with your purchase and you would like to return an unused item, you must initiate that process within three business days of the official delivery date. This policy allows Elder Pens, LLC to make frequent and regular transfers without the need to hold in reserve reimbursement funds that have been earmarked for disaster relief.
